Prices

• Prices are subject to change and will always be advertised. Should there be any query please contact Jakki Hesse

• Jakki is open to making treatment accessible to you and if needed can arrange monthly instalments. If this is arranged they must be paid on time each month otherwise treatment may be cancelled.

• Payment is expected prior to treatment – you can either transfer funds directly into my account which I will provide on booking or I will send you a link for payment by card

• There is no refund for arriving late to a scheduled appointment

• If you decide to stop attending an agreed amount of sessions there will be no refund

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Jakki expects you to show up on time for all appointments, if you are late the treatment will not be extended. There is no refund for leaving a session early or arriving after the scheduled start time. There is no partial reimbursement if you choose to opt out of any part of the programme.

• To receive a full refund you must give 48 hours notice upon cancelling, this is for 1-1 treatments, workshops or circle spaces otherwise full amount will be required.

• In exceptional circumstances exceptions may be made but please contact Jakki to advise as soon as possible

• The fees are non-refundable except for where I cancel -you are then entitled to a refund for any payments you have made in advance or they can be used for a future treatment.

Photographer Release

I may photograph and video group activities for use in future marketing materials and by entering into this contract with me you hereby give to me your consent to use your image for this purpose.

Intellectual Property

If I provide you with any materials, whether digital or printed, any intellectual property in those materials belongs to Jakki Hesse  and unless I agree otherwise you can only use those materials for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties.

Resolving Problems

In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact me as soon as possible and give me a reasonable opportunity to sort out any problems with you and reach a positive outcome.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.

Limitation of Liability

When you sign up to and attend a treatment or  workshop led by Jakki Hesse  you acknowledge and accept the following:

Energy healing is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. 

You declare that the above information is understood and agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Jakki Hesse .
